Changing the sex of children is child abuse, not a right, gender ideology is not education, and abortion cannot be conditioned by the state.
Ecuador’s congress approved a set of laws in favor of hormones for children, state sex education based on gender ideology, and abortion. The president is expected to approve it or not.
As the gender ideology to be functional it needs promotion of the state. It is functional to neo-Marxism, because they threaten the autonomy and privatization of the family. For Karl Marx, the family was the germ of society because the division of labor was born from the family. For Friedrich Engels, private institutions have to be attacked, one of these is the family. In the communist manifesto the family must be subverted for the birth of the new man, meanwhile feminism and gender ideology call for the deconstruction of men and women.
There are two amendments that violate the family, and the parental authority of children. Article 115 calls for sex education based on gender ideology. It is a violation and trampling of the family as an institution and their right to educate their families based on private initiative, educational, values, ethics, morals and beliefs. The state does not have to indoctrinate in sexuality that is merely biological but teachways to prevent pregnancy, and sexually transmitted diseases. Amendment 22 allows contraception for minors, without parental consent. Children cease to be the property of the parents and becomes the property of the government.
Article 193, asks for sex change at the stage of puberty. They forget that countries like the Netherlands, sex change is not legal until the age of 18. And that 90% of people who suffer from gender dysphoria are usually not affected after the age of 22. That is why the trans population is minimal with a population in the United States of 0.6% and in Ecuador it is unknown. But we forget about the brain damage from taking puberty blockers because the brain does not develop by not going through puberty stage. Also the permanent changes for consuming estrogens like breast growth and testosterone permanent voice change. Furthermore, it guarantees permanent sterilization. If a minor cannot consume drugs or alcohol, they cannot get piercings, tattoos or driving, and they cannot consent to sexual intercourse, even worse allow them to grow boobs.
Articles 9 and 208 request abortions from public health personnel without conscientious objection. In other words, they cannot refuse to do abortions without legal consequences. It is an abuse from the government towards individuality and the ethics of the doctors who do defend the life of the mother and of the one who is to be born. The legalization of abortion goes through the false premise that it is a public health problem for its legalization. But according to the Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health, in 2019 there were 103 maternal deaths of which 28 were due to clandestine abortion. Every life matters but in statistics it does not show a public health problem. As for female deaths, the main causes are cardiovascular diseases with 7826 deaths and then diabetes follows with a total of 4693 deaths. According to studies in the US and Finland, abortion enhances alcoholism, drug addiction and suicide by 500%.You don’t see any feminist or leftist protesting for those women.
There are fundamental life, property and liberty. Which are being trampled the life of the unborn as well with kids having a childhood with doctrines, family property and freedom of the doctors and of course freedom of thought.
When a government wants to establish an ideology for education, it is an attempt against freedom of thought and belief and the Ecuadorian families have the right to protest so that their children do not become property of a government in power. That is why in the first amendment of the United States, there is freedom of expression, along with freedom of assembly, freedom of thought and religion. Since religious freedom is the thermometer of all freedoms because when a state tells you who to believe in, it can tell you how to think.
Remember when the pro-choice calls you anti-rights retrograde. Remember the colors that the scarves represent. The pro-abortion represents them green because they celebrate Mother Earth and want to return to the age where the innocent is sacrificed to calm the earth down(climate change). As the sky blue scarf represents the sky itself, a God that does not require human sacrifice. I am not anti rights because first of all I do not ask to kill children before they are born.
